We went to Evanston for an ENTIRE week to visit while Scott's brothers were all in town. One day we went to the Rec Center and took Duncan swimming for the very first time! I don't think he really "got" what was going on, but there were a couple of times he was having fun!!
And in a Bumbo! He was loving this rattle at my parents' house. Scott had to go back to Sandy to work for a couple of days, but I stayed in Evanston so that I could get in some time with my parents. While Scott was away I actually texted him this picture, and he thought it was a dog toy! Haha it definitely wasn't, but it is old. I think I probably played with it when I was a baby!!
Oh my gosh. One day Duncan was taking a nap on the couch and Candace was feeding Kyle (who is a month younger than Duncan). He wouldn't stop kicking Duncan's head!! It was super funny, and Duncan slept through the whole thing.
Here's Duncan with Scott, his Aunt Jamie, and his cousin (Steven). These babies seriously LOVE sitting on the porch. Every time Duncan started to get fussy someone (usually Grandpa) would take him outside and almost immediately he would stop crying and be happy again. Scott and I are seriously considering investing in some porch furniture...
Here's Duncan with Grandpa Baird! I guess he was excited for Duncan to be three months old too...Haha I think he was actually talking to my nephew, Parker, at the time. My parents were watching my sister's kids while she was having her fifth baby!! Needless to say, the house was a little crazier than it normally is...
Our trip to Evanston was really great! We had a lot of fun, and Duncan loved being cuddled and kissed by all of his grandparents. It was nice to get away from our boring day-to-day. Poor Tress (Scott's mom) was probably REALLY relieved when we finally left! We were there for eight whole days, and I don't think her house has EVER been through so much. It was fun getting together with Scott's whole family for the first time in a long while, and it was especially fun to get all three of the little babies together!!
